Description

We are a local fence company, with over 25 years of experience and we are looking for one candidate to add to our growing team with a background in construction (fence installation is a plus). We are looking for dedicated, reliable and hard-working individuals to invest in so we can set you up to grow within our company. This is a full-time position (40hrs.) and the compensation will be competitive based on your experience. We work predominantly in the west side suburbs of Cleveland and work 7:30am Monday - Friday with the option to work Saturdays as well. Our day ends around 4:30pm but our end time always varies based on the project. You need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our warehouse. You must have at least one year of basic construction experience and knowing how to operate a manual transmission or having any fence installation background is a plus but not required. Compensation will be competitive based on your experience and will range between $13-$15 per hour with the opportunity to increase with annual evaluations. This is an opportunity for anyone willing to work hard and learn a new trade because we are looking to expand in the near future and need to acquire a core group of individuals to invest in.
