Captain  Turner Fire District Opening Date: March 5, 2021 Closing Date: March 19, 2021 by 5:00 pm Salary: $70,000 annually Position information: This position will normally work 40 hours per week. Scheduled hours may vary and change based on the needs of the District. The Captain will normally respond on emergency calls in the role of EMT, Firefighter, Apparatus Operator, Company Officer or Duty Officer as needed. This position will also coordinate fleet and facility maintenance and other duties as described in the Job Description. Required certifications: NFPA Firefighter II, NFPA Fire Officer I, NFPA Instructor I, Oregon AEMT or higher (or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire), Hazardous Materials Incident Commander.
