Job Description At Summit Pest Management, we provide you with the resources you need to become an independent pest control technician. We believe that the best investment that we can make is in our employees. We are an 18 year old, family owned, local company searching for a qualified individual to join our team. Whether you are experienced or are looking to learn a new trade, we are interested. We only ask that you be interested in working outdoors and occasionally getting your hands dirty. Qualifications: Ability to problem solve Ability to work independently Genuine respect for people Organization skills Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday A clean drivers license A clean background Benefits: Company truck Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan Paid time off If you are not experienced, or currently licensed, we will get you there. Once you are fully licensed you will have the ability to make $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 in your first year. No door to door sales are necessary.
