Landscape construction and maintenance Crew Thriving-garden.com Landscape laborer position now open for small Seattle design build company in business for over a Decade. Looking for Part time and Full time landscape installation and maintenance people. Friendly, hard working environment. Requires work with all aspects of organic edible and ornamental garden maintenance and construction including planting, hand weeding, pruning, irrigation, stone, concrete, wood construction, cisterns and rain gardens, etc... Will provide training in some areas. Some experience is desired. We build high quality gardens and deliver personalized attention to details. Customer satisfaction is paramount. We have great employees and clients to work with. Potential for flexible hours and part time availability. or Full Time. Monday- Thursday We are a small 4-5 person design and build landscape company working primarily on residential projects in NE Seattle for the past 10 years. Each project is unique and catered to each client. We are rainwise certified by city of seattle and install cisterns and raingardens in 50% of our projects. We work steadily all year. Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather. Must be able To work independently at times. Hours/days could be flexible. Family friendly. $18-$25/hour depending on skills and experience. Potential to advance. Will provide training in some areas. Some experience is required. Requires self motivated desire to work hard. Ability to pay attention to details and be responsive to client needs. Safe Covid working environment outside. Ability to lift 40-80 lbs safely. Knowledge of plants desired. WDL and clean driving record desired. Criminal background check required.
