RPK Development Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician who has experience in all aspects of residential property maintenance, that special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous, has a “can-do” attitude that has solid plumbing, electrical, painting, and apartment turnover experience. DUTIES Must have the knowledge, experience and ability to perform: Completing assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service Assisting in maintaining the grounds, common areas and amenities Unit make-ready turnovers Plumbing repairs Electrical repairs Appliance repairs Drywall repairs/painting HVAC repairs a plus – if working with refrigerant, we require that you have HVAC license This position assists with the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas of the asset All other maintenance tasks associated with the daily upkeep of the apartment community QUALIFICATIONS • We require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in large, multifamily residential communities • Experience utilizing Yardi Voyager/ Rent Café for maintenance requests, preferred • Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of the maintenance team • Works clean and efficiently • Excellent organizational skills; attention to details, strong verbal and written communication skills • Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with tenants, providing exceptional maintenance service at all times • Outstanding maintenance service skills The ideal candidate will have their own tools.
