I am proposing a nanny share with another family. My wife will be your nanny and effectively you are sharing the "nanny" with my own family and another family. It is a win/win. We get a bit of extra cash for our family and your family gets peace of mind with private nanny care and a break on the cost. This kind of exceptional care is available for you in our "nanny share" and won't cost nearly that much! What you can expect is lots of care, connection, and safety in a family setting. Our daughter, who is now four, speaks lovingly about how her friends "come home" during the week and she can't wait to see them.
