Seeking yard care / gardener with *electric* tools

Description

I am seeking someone to do a one-time cleanup and then biweekly maintenance of my 1/4 acre yard. The yard is mostly landscaped but has a few small grass areas. The main tasks are weedwacking and blowing/raking/sweeping debris from the yard and patios. I specifically need someone who does not use a gas leaf blower. Electric leaf blowers are OK.
