Looking for a long term, reliable candidate to join our team! This would be great position for someone who has experience in hospitality industry and/or any related hotel house keeping/grounds experience. Prefer student housing background. This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction A Housekeeper main duties are keeping all common areas (pool/spa, laundry rooms, bathrooms, management offices, including windows inside and out) clean of debris and dirt. Clean all vacant apartments. Duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Report to Maintenance Supervisor and/or Resident Manager. 2. Clean all common areas, as described above, daily. 3. Clean and spruce vacant apartments as needed or directed by Maintenance Supervisor/Resident Manager. This includes windows, counter tops, appliances, light covers, bathtub, toilets, sinks, closets, exterior of entry door and slider, vacuum carpet (if necessary), walls (if necessary) and patios. 4. Responsible for inventory of cleaning supplies. Submit reorder to Maintenance Supervisor and/or Resident Manager. 5. Other projects as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Resident Manager. 6. Cleaning of pools/spas and pool furniture if necessary as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. 7. Assist maintenance department as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. Job Type: Full-time, 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday 7am-4pm Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, rate depends on your previous experience!
