We are a Property Management Company located in Southborough, MA. We are looking to hire a full time Landscape Maintenance Person to join our Property Management Team. Primary focus will be to maintain landscape of class-A office space located throughout the Metro-west area. We are looking for a motivated, hard working landscaper who enjoys being outside and taking pride in the appearance and quality of our properties. Start date for this position is immediate. Hours are: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities Include: - Shrub & tree replacement & pruning - Weeding & basic landscape cleanup - Loam and seed and general lawn maintenance - Irrigation head replacement and clock adjustments - Minor irrigation repairs & troubleshooting - Masonry (walkway brick replacement, concrete skimming, patio maintenance) - Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years landscaping experience - Must be reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and able to prioritize and manage time - Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License - Must speak English fluently - Ability to lift over 50 pounds
