Since Democrats control the Senate and don't need a single vote from Republicans to pass the pandemic relief kindly explain what specific negotiation of it's content Biden offered to Republicans to discuss and negotiate? He needs to make concessions to Democrats to pass it not Republicans. It's been pointed out only 9% of the pandemic funds actually go to pandemic relief making it clear it's more about somethings else than helping Americans who are suffering financially. That being the case Biden and all the Democrats are using the pandemic relief as a way to put in costly things that do nothing to help us and you're supporting them. This bill is filled with new election laws that are Federal mandates which violate States Rights provided in the Constitution to set their own election laws and procedures. Your argument falls short of any proof or validity to convince us you're right. It wasn't even a nice try. ------------------------------------------------------- Biden has met with republicans several times over the stimulus package. The democrats and Biden have made several concessions to the bill in order to try appease the republicans. Common ground has not yet been discovered. Fortunately for Americans Biden is insisting that the relief package be a priority. Republican participation is not required. It would be great to have both parties sign on to the bill but relief to Americans should not be delayed any longer due to this political pissing match. Democrats will be moving forward with the amended bill. This power has been handed to the democrats by Donald Trump. Trump caused the senate to flip to democrat. I am pleased that Biden is trying to reach across the aisle and work with the republicans. I am saddened that the republicans are stonewalling Biden. It appears to me that republicans are playing games. They are pouting about losing power. None the less, economic relief is o the way for hard working Americans and for businesses. Let’s be grateful for that.
