You would want to believe that the person who post here a dozen times a day would be intelligent enough to know that it is the house that determines spending bills. The president can only suggest to them what he wants but the bill is written by congress. President Trump signed the bill because he wanted to get money to citizens who desperately needed it. The democrats in the house wrote the bill to give money to those who give money back to them, the American citizens come secondary. The question to berkeley is this. Will you blame President Trump for the 98% graft, paybacks and kickbacks in the new stimulus with only 8% going to covid 19 relief?
