Reminder: Thomas Childers, acting as conservator, sought, and received, his inheritance, years before his mother died, to build a house in Marin County. This is an undisputed fact. From the $400,000 inheritance that he asked his mother to advance to him. He leaves that out, of course.... And, in 2005, wasn't Tom engaged in divorcing his first wife, Nancy Malcolm? So it's not clear who the "we" is, either. We think it's a royal "we" - the same sort of "we" used by Mohammed bin Sal-O-man - whom is ALSO a suspected cocaine addict with serious sibling rivalry issues, if you haven't noticed.) After his mother died Thomas Childers, acting as conservator, awarded ANOTHER $400,000 to himself - his younger brother's inheritance - by neatly disinheriting his brother. This is an undisputed fact, also. There are indications that Thomas achieved his end by arranging for his little brother's oldest daughter to be taken into custody and for his little brother to be anonymously accused of child abuse, via the county's anonymous child abuse hotline, just weeks before Thomas' mother died - warned by medical professionals that his mother was approaching the end of her life, and advised to gather the family together... Thomas did just the opposite. The timing of the event is an undisputed fact, as is the fact that the responsible county, just like Thomas Childers, did not know about Thomas' brother's other three children, and only kidnapped ONE child as a victim of "child abuse" - see JV160250 and JV160275 (the case filed by the county to try to legally kidnap the other three children) for evidence of this indisputable fact. Any of these facts, taken alone, should be sufficient to convince the casual reader that Thomas Childers is capable of criminal conduct. However, there is a vast body of evidence showing that Thomas is more than just capable of criminality, and that Thomas has been a petty crook his entire life. When we add the fact that Thomas Childers is a known cocaine addict, then it becomes fairly obvious that the California legal system was yet again manipulated into doing something evil, unforgivable, and incomparably stupid. I mean, c'mon. Who's ever heard of a trustee being disinherited? That's the act of a bunch of morons. That's not the act of a highly educated legal professional - that is the act of a clown, a fool, or a coked-up thief. Prove me wrong. File a lawsuit. Sue me. C'mon. Use some of that stolen money, go hire a lawyer, and sue me. Craig, every time you delete this article, you're helping Thomas Childers conceal the murder of my grandmother.
