Looking for a space to weld

Hi I am a sailor and welder looking for a share of a garage or shop to do some tig welding a few times a week. I have my own tools and safety gear ( screens, welding blankets, fire extinguishers, etc.). Just need enough room to set up a table and a source of power, 110v or 220v. I can pay some or trade service, cleaning, welding, some light renovation work etc. or both. I am conscientious, dependable and open to ideas.
