Job Description Looking for an experienced maintenance/grounds keeper/Facility Maintenance Part to Full time maintenance position for property management and storage facility. This position requires a jack of all trades. Basic skills required include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, painting, landscape and weed control. Job duties for Property maintenance/Grounds keeper requirements: - grounds upkeep, litter patrol - snow and ice removal - follow through with maintenance projects - sweeping and general cleaning - bathroom cleaning - equipment operation to include driving a golf cart - Cleaning gutters and door maintenance - troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues This is a partial list of duties; more items are required as the need arises. Job Requirements - must be able to climb a 12 ft + ladder - must be able to lift 50 pounds - must be able to stand on your feet for 4-6 hours at a time - valid driver's license - reliable transportation - Must have great communication skills - work well with others - can work outside in all kinds of weather - exemplary customer service - must have experience in small item maintenance - must have experience in the use of small power tools - must pass a background and drug test You must be able to work as a team member or at times with little to no supervision. You must be able to stay on task despite interruptions and or weather. This is a part to full time position 25-40 hours per week. Must be available any day of the week, including weekends.
