Image National is a full service, turkey, quality sign solution. www.imagenational.com Full Time M-F 6AM - 2PM Small friendly crew with low turnover Company vehicle provided (optional) Full benefits, very low premiums and low deductible Matching 401(k) Job Purpose: The Journeyman Installer is responsible for all activities of the Installation/Service Department, including training/leading an apprentice Installation/Service Associate. He or she is also an active Installation/Service Technician. Day to Day Duties: Install, repair and maintain signs in a safe and effective manner. Actively participate in all monthly safety meetings and continued education classes for Install Team Act as a leader and motivator for all service and installation associates. Show willingness to be an active Team Player. Be responsible for all installation and service, DOT, and related compliance. Help establish most efficient and profitable direction of Installation/Service Department. Utilize a crane, scissor lift, and/or ladder in a safe and effective manner. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Maintain accurate records of work times, materials used, and safety- and DOT-related information. Maintain, stock, and load installation/service vehicles (as needed). Maintain and develop thorough knowledge of sign hanging, service, and maintenance operations. Develop maintenance processes and keep maintenance records for all installation equipment; schedule maintenance and repairs on all installation and service equipment regularly. Supply completion photos immediately upon completion of all projects. Provide timely and accurate information on all surveys along with survey photos.
