Be A Home Chef Ad Tom, executive chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), announces his new undertaking, “Be a Home Chef.” Tom will be traveling to people’s homes and creating a gourmet meal for them and their family or guests from whatever ingredients they have in their refrigerator and cupboards. Enjoy an epicurean delight with this fun-loving, creative, and engaging chef. The dinner will be filmed for YouTube and an upcoming series. Tom will be creating a pilot for this program and is looking for participants. Tom’s background: Tom’s varied background includes saucier at the famed Rainbow Room in New York City, executive chef at 5-star resorts, and assistant room service manager at the Waldorf Astoria in N.Y. where he held secret service clearance while working directly with King Hussein from Jordan, Frank Sinatra, and Betty Ford.
