Title: Production Operator Company: Bridgestone Location: Wilson, NC Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated Production Operators to join their manufacturing team in Wilson, NC. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you operate various machine, chemical, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving. RESPONSIBILITIES * Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment * Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods * Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products * Maintain accurate daily production records * Other duties as assigned SCHEDULE: Full-time, rotating 12-hour, day/night shiftwork. 2-week rotations. Scheduled to work 14 out of 28 calendar days. Day Schedule Week 1: 7 am – 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 4 days off (36 hours regular pay) Week 2: 7 am – 7:30 pm, 4 days on, 3 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay) Night Schedule Week 1: 7 pm – 7:30 am, 3 days on, 4 days off (36 hours regular pay) Week 2: 7 pm – 7:30 am, 4 days on, 3 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay) WAGE: Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with opportunities to earn $27.24 per hour within 3 years. Most of our production employees earn over $63k per year within three years on the job (including overtime).
