We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance person to provide both preventative maintenance and repair work to common areas and individual apartments. A positive, enthusiastic attitude are essential. Interested applicants should submit both a resume and cover letter via Craigslist email response. Job Duties: Conduct inspections and repairs of apartments and common areas. Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly punch-lists. Schedule bids, submit reports, and document the execution of state mandated Safety items. Be responsible for the building's plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, flooring and grounds. Execute preventative and responsive maintenance. Be a part of the Manager-on-Duty program. Previous Experience with: Preventative maintenance in a multi-unit complex.
