Local Real Estate Investor Looking for Drivers to Identify Distressed Homes That We Can Purchase. How would you like to make commission for simply driving/walking/riding around Chico and Oroville neighborhoods looking for homes that need work? It's simple and can be done on your own time. Work however many hours you want to work... a couple hours per week or 16 hours per day, it's totally up to you! Compensation is $1,000 per house you send us that we are able to purchase. Typically if you send us 50 houses, we'll end up purchasing 1 or 2. Realistically you will be able to send us about 50-100 homes per week. Generally the process takes about 30 days from first contact to closing. This role is perfect for someone who is not desperate for an income today, but can wait 30-60 days to start making money. If you are consistent, then once you start making money it will keep coming in. Great for retired people, parents who drive their kids to sleep, joggers who jog through neighborhoods, mail carriers and other delivery people, or just anyone looking for easy income.
