This would be my first time hiring a Nanny, i was looking for someone who will be with us for a long time, not just a one time thing. the kids (Age 2 and 3) are at daycare all day and myself at work, it would be some days out of the week after 5pm and just a couple of hours, Saturdays too sometimes.
