Concrete Construction Crew Members & Crew Leader Wanted

Fortress Foundations, Inc is looking to hire new crew members and a foreman for our residential wall-pouring team. We are looking to hire as soon as possible, depending on customer needs and weather outlook. Concrete construction laborers will be: - Pouring concrete footings - Setting up aluminum forms - Checking the forms, ties and rebar are all applied to safety standards - Pouring concrete walls for residential basements or retaining walls - Stripping the panels off concrete once it is set - Cleaning the job site of any remaining supplies or trash - Experience is preferred but not required The crew foreman will be: - Performing all of the above tasks - Supervising and instructing the crew on job sites - Making sure safety standards are enforced - Maintaining communication with office staff and construction staff - Reading directions and dimensions from architectural prints - 3+ years experience setting, pouring, and stripping walls required A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED. No exceptions. We are happy to train you on the job if you do not have any experience with concrete construction.
