We are an established landscape company looking for motivated, take charge, experienced and skilled Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance Team Members / Future Leaders. Prospective candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the landscape field. Attention to detail is a MUST! Please only apply if you are or have been recently (within the past six months) employed in the green industry. Job Duties: Maintain & Beautify property landscapes. Edging soft & hard edges, String trimming, Operate zero-turn mowers, Blowing driveways, sidewalks, patios, Leaf Clean up, etc. Trim hedges & ornamental trees, Remove weeds & runners, Trim low hanging branches. Conduct minor routine preventative maintenance on all equipment (cleaning, greasing, sharpening) Complete any other landscape duty that may come up. Requirements: -Clean Florida Driver's License REQUIRED -Have reliable transportation -You must be reliable and be at work on time every day, 6am Monday thru Saturday, 10+ hours a day, 40+ hours per week (100% dependable in work attendance is a must) -Willingness (even excitement) to work outdoors - endure brutal Florida summer heat, soggy turf, downpours, etc. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, occasionally more -2 years minimum experience as a Crew Member for landscape maintenance -Attention to DETAIL and an eye for QUALITY (we service high-end commercial and residential properties) -Willingness and ability to perform any duty on a standard landscape crew and dedication to career -Legally be able to work in the United states -Team-oriented attitude with an interest in joining a hard-working crew
