Urgently Hiring for General Labor Workers! (6 OPENINGS) General Labor Workers for a Recycling Plant - Location: Eau Claire, WI Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. (4 Openings) With Mandatory OT (Three Months Temp-to-Hire) Day Shift 6.00 am - 6.00 pm Mon. - Friday with OT OR 7.00 AM - 3.30 PM Monday - Friday. 2nd Shift: 6.00 pm - 6.00 am Monday - Friday with OT Objective: We are looking General Labor/Warehouse Sorters/Pickers to work year round on days, and Nights for a Recycling plants. Requirements: Candidates are required to have General Labor experience. Experience with strong assembly/Sorting/Shredding is required. Warehouse or recycling plant experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to show up at work, and work several overtime hours; Candidate must be able follow safety instructions, and procedures. Candidates must be able to verifies that equipment is in working order, e.g., tooling, safety mechanisms. Additional Requirements/Skills: Candidates must be able to; Examines, identify and sort metal products and non-ferrous metals. Sort metal before loading and unloading. Transfers boxes of metal scrap from work areas to storage areas, and record quantity and type of scrap transferred. Must be able to work for 8 OR 12 hours straight depending on the preferred day shift. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
