Maintenance Supervisor of Luxury Apartment Complex in Royal Oak is looking for someone with equipment and experience servicing blinds/skylight shades. -Must have own liability insurance -Must be okay with heights -Must wear mask and shoe covers -Experience with shades/blinds is preferred -Must dress professional (top tier hotel standard) -Good communication skills with customers This will be payment by job(s) completed or hourly wage. Any scaffolding or staging equipment (ladders/picks) that can be used inside at tall heights is advantageous to completing this task.
