I don’t mean to sound mean at all, I like to have a good time and get the job done at the same time. I won’t ask you to break your back, just work at a decent pace. Pay is between 12-20$ an hour, depending on how well you work. Raises will come early and often. I will always treat you with respect and dignity. This is a great opportunity I promise. This will be my first hire and if you work out, I will then hire another guy to work under you, making you the boss. My goal is to get 2 guys I can trust to knock the job out while I am not there. We install all types of fences, a lot of custom wood and vinyl. Also minor landscaping.
