Please see below for a list of positions we are hiring for as well as required and preferred qualifications. Pay will depend upon experience and qualifications. All positions require reliable transportation to and from the shop in Troy. Must be on time and show up for every shift scheduled. Must have reliable cell phone. Must be able to follow directions, get along with all types of people and conduct themselves professionally. There is year-round work here; snow and ice in the winter. Lawn Foreman: Must have at least 3 years of experience in the industry and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Must be able to lead a crew, get along with everyone, conduct themselves professionally with their team and customers. Must keep accurate records and reports. Must be able to train crew members. Takes responsibility for their own crew and the jobs they are working for. Lawn Crew/Laborers : should have at least 1 yr in the industry, be willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to work well with others, operate lawn machinery and tools, do efficient and clean work. Will be cutting lawn, weed whipping, edging, weeding, pruning and trimming, other landscape work. Horticultural Techs: Must have a couple years of experience in the field, can identify weeds vs plants, experience with plant and flower installation and basic maintenance.
