Handyman Punch List-ASAP

Weve had several handymen take this gig and no-show on us, i need to get this done asap. Remove and replace attic steps Stain and mount railing (there’s a little baggie of wood screws and set screws u will need) Paint around the junction boxes all over that were spackled room 2 and 3 and common areas(check other rooms too)**ask me which rooms guests are staying in so you dont walk in on them Cover ceiling junction boxes in room 2 and back room and bathrooms and all over Remove basement door and shave an inch off bottom so it can close properly Dryer vent was sided over, that needs to be fixed Put breaker panel back together Paint behind toilet Replace 2 downstairs hallway lights Touchup paint where Spackle was done Try to make 2 wall junction boxes in front bathroom look better the other guy got Spackle all over Patch 2 holes by outlets in kitchen(I bought drywall patches) Use leveling plates and long screws on 3 outlets in living room and also in back room Install the ceiling vents Install 2 blue single Gang outlets in kitchen paint wherever spackle is *wall paint is emerald light French grey *ceiling paint is primer *trim paint is super paint semi gloss text jerry 917 442 7840 pay $150
