Need yard clean up/rock raking in south Phoenix

I need a front and side yard cleanup in south Phoenix. The yard is made of landscaping rock. I need the rock raked back to level. I need the weeds killed and removed. I need debris removed (not a lot of debris). I would also like it if you could use a power washer to wash the driveway (though this is not necessary). The address of the property is 8444 S. 6th Ave. Phoenix, AZ. 85140. Please do not bother the current renters. I anticipate this would take someone about 1/2 of a day of labor. The end result must look good as I will be listing the home for rent in the near future. If you want to visit the house to take an estimate you may do so. You will need your own tools. You will certainly need a hard rake and maybe a shovel. You will also need gloves and some plastic bags to put the weeds and other stuff into. Please message me with any questions or estimates.
