Seeking Italian Caterer for Fall Wedding

Hi there! My fiance and I are getting married in the fall of this year in Flagstaff, AZ. We are looking for a catering team to assist us with our Italian cuisine for 100 - 120 people. We request: -Delivery and set up of food warmers/food -Buffet style Italian food including Caesar salad, House salad, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, Herb Roasted Vegetables, and Garlic Bread -2 staff members to change out food trays when they become empty. We would like for our guests to serve themselves -Break down of equipment -Possible plates, silverware, and glassware rental -Reliable transportation to Flagstaff at the requested time We will discuss the cost.
