I'm a skilled contractor of 35 plus years currently putting together my own skilled crew of multitalented contractors to work with me personally outside of the subs I already have. This team will be responsible for a load of various tasks including but not limited to drywall, finishing work, caulking, tile, flooring, pluming, electrical, deck work and so on. I will be picking out of the best of the bunch a team leader/job foreman to lead these teams. *If interested please forward your contact info via CL responder and I will contact you back with my info **IF** the information asked of you is actually attached to the email as is requested here. Requirements: -Let me know what your day rate is or the hourly you expect and why you think you're worth it. -Briefly list your skill sets. -Do not be a fly by nighter who's not able to deliver precision craftsman ship. So not a good idea to be braggadocios and not be able to do deliver on what you claim you can do in this instance. I'm looking for skilled professional people, I've been in it for 35 plus years so I know what it's suppose to look like and how it's suppose to be built. -Must be a fan of examining your own work to fix your problems before me or my customers find it as you work or prior to a walkthrough. My customers pay upon completion of excellent work and nothing less as do I. Payment for work will be received weekly. -Must have your own transportation but if you're light on tools you can use mine since I have many. -Must be easily contactable from 8am to 8pm so your own cellphone is required. It's important for my crews particularly my crew leaders to be on the phone when I call as communication is key always. **If these request scare then you don't reply. Unlike what you may have gathered from this post I'm fun to work with, easy to get along with but have simply had it with people in this business that make lofty claims they can't keep because they suck at what they do for their livelihood. It's a shame the level of workmanship as well as the quality of working class that's out there today and what other contractors consider to be "GREAT WORK". It actually makes me laugh.
