Field Supervisor - Andrew's Lawn and Landscaping (West Chester)   Due to sustained growth, Andrew's Lawn and Landscaping is looking to add a Field Supervisor to its team. Come grow with us now!     Requirements -5 years of experience in Landscaping/crew-leading  -Oversee and manage multiple landscaping crews -Strong communication skills -Experience in mulching/planting/seasonal clean ups  -Valid driver's license and clean record -Able to report to shop at 6:30 am every day -Must have a strong work ethic -On time and dependable -Able to pass a drug test   Compensation and Benefits - Competitive hourly wage starting at $20+/Hour - Eligible to enroll in our health insurance plan on the first of the month following the 60-day waiting period - Eligible to enroll in our 401k plan after one year on the following quarterly enrollment date   Job Type: Full-time
