Meet Cloud! My daughter is re homing her really sweet male rat who is blind in one eye. He had an upper respiratory illness last year and this seemed to be the result. She is only here for half of the week, and does not offer him the care he needs. My husband and I have become VERY allergic to him and have a difficult time handling him as needed. He does not bite, he does love to snuggle on shoulders and give kisses. He does also come with his cage, food, waterer and dish. He is NOT a feeder. He is free to an approved home.
