All American Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Roofing Project Manager to join our growing Installation Team. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience as Roofing Supervisor. JOB DESCRIPTION - Supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials. Training crew members and enforcing safety policies. Inspecting work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to specifications. Identifying and troubleshooting roof leaks. Managing and Monitoring project costs to meet budgetary guidelines. SKILLS - Must have 10+ years of experience as a Roofing Supervisor. Should be able to read architectural plans and have great communication. Knowledge of roof details. Strong management and organizational. Knowledge of Roofing Safety Regulations. Have a VALID Florida License and a good driving record. Bilingual, both English and Spanish is a plus. Strength to lift to 50 pounds plus bending and twisting. Requirements- -Must have Minimum 10 years experience in all types roofing. -Must be experienced in all types of roof tear-offs. -Must be experienced in shingle installation. -Must be experienced in metal roof installation. -Must be experienced in tile installation. -Must be experienced in flat roof installation, hot mop and torch applied. -Leak detection and roof repair technician experience is a plus. -Knowledge of single-ply roofing systems is a plus.
