We have a position open for a Groundskeeper at our 308-Unit Property in Norfolk Virginia. If you are looking for a great career with job security we want to meet you. The candidate could be required to work outside up to 8 hours in heat, cold or light rain and will be required to continuously walk, stand, bend and/or stoop. Must have the ability to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds during working hours This position requires applicant to work in all aspects of grounds maintenance and cleanup. This is a full time, year-round position. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUD CHECK AND DRUG TEST. MUST have valid Driver's License.
