Looking for someone with a small crew to rehab rentals. We have about 30 units right now that are needing flipped. All materials will be provided, looking for labor only crew. Need to start immediately. General rehab needed is patching holes, painting, small plumbing such as replacing toilets and faucets, trim work, removing carpet and installing vinyl plank flooring, removing and replacing warped subfloor, ceiling repair in some units and other similar repairs.
Licensed and insured NOT required.
