Description
Perfect position for retiree or those needing extra income. This is a Saturday only(April-August) position with possibly more hours for those that show aptitude/ability.
*Requirements*
Must have reliable transportation
Smart phone and a valid email
Basic tools(Philips, flathead, wrenches, drill)
punctual and reliable
*Basic Duties*
Inspect vacation rental properties for any damage or abuse
Check and replace filters as needed
Check for any electrical issues or bulbs that need replacing
Check toilets and plumbing fixtures for any issues
Check TVs for proper function/input
Report any issues to Maintenance Supervisor
