Legacy Home Services, a subsidiary of SAGA Realty and Construction, is hiring a skilled, self-motivated Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits requiring weekend work on a rotating schedule. Employee will perform a variety of tasks including • Carpentry • Painting • Drywall • Landscaping • Plumbing • Electrical (replace light fixtures, bulbs) • Repairs (fix locks, replace window and door components etc.) • Perform other duties, as assigned. Skills needed include • Good physical condition and strength w/ability to climb and work from various heights on ladders • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools • Well organized • Work independently without supervision and able to complete repairs as directed • Good communication skills • Reliable transportation • Experience or Licensing in HVAC – a plus • Building Maintenance Technology or Relevant Field – a plus • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) - a plus Excellent Benefits after 90 days of hire include Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Submit Resume’ or request an Application.
