Band in Need of Practice Space

We are a new six-piece rock group that live around Raleigh and are looking for a central practice location. We would ideally like a semi-permanent room or unit that we pay for monthly where we can SECURELY leave our gear (amps and drums), but we are open to any options that are a good fit. If you have a space to offer or have a suggestion of a place to contact, please let me know. We have not had much luck so far, but we know these places are out there.
