Description

This position is a 3 day delivery route in a refrigerated 24ft. Non-CDL required box truck with 2 overnights in a hotel. The route begins in Ashland Tuesday AM, goes through Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, Portland, and returns to Ashland Thursday PM. Responsibilities include delivery and pick up of natural foods along the route. Deliveries are primarily to food stores and pick ups are from various suppliers along the route. Applicants must have a clean driving record, professional demeanor, ability to lift 50#, show proficiency in driving the truck, good communication skills, math skills, ability to pass a DOT physical, willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to succeed. Experience in material handling are a plus but not required. Training will cover the use of pallet jacks, hand trucks, and fork lifts for material handling.
