STOLEN stainless steel toolbox with AI equipment

I live right off the highway here in Corvallis and on the night of valentine's day my car was parked outside my apartment and was broken into. A blanket and my stainless steel toolbox of livestock AI equipment was taken from the back of my car. Someone probably thought it held tools or something else, but the contents are really only valuable to someone like me trying to start a livestock genetics company. They were handed down by a family friend who was in that business for decades, and the box also contains some old receipts from families that are still in the business today. It was a beautiful gift and I'm really sad about the loss. I just want it back. I'll try to come up with a reward if anyone can get it back to me or help it be found. Thank you.
