Rehoming Male Red-Tail Boa

I'm rehoming my Male Red-Tail Boa he is about 4' length and maybe 3-4" diameter. He is approximately 5 years old and I've had him for about 2 years. He's at a healthy weight, maybe even a bit on the fatter side. Morphologically he is a Nicaraguan T-positive Albino which just means that he has a faded white color with some darker red spots. Super relaxed snake, has only bitten me once during feeding time, he did not latch on and continue his feeding response. I'm rehoming him because I'd like to offer him more space but I don't want to get another tank setup. He is currently cohabitating with another Red Tail Boa, the previous owner insisted that I cohabitate them and so I've kept them together up until this point. Currently his lip is injured, I believed this happened while feeding because I feed live mice/rats, but he is making good progress recovering. It is important to me that he goes to a good home so I will be quizzing you about your husbandry before I hand him off. No first time snake owners. Asking for $100 rehoming fee. I'm not giving any equipment with him, but I will make sure he is fed a day or so before I let him go.
