Bernat Landscaping, family owned and operated, is growing and we are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Brick Paver Layer & Hardscape/Landscape Installer Ideal Candidate MUST be able to meet the following Requirements – • 3+ Years of Experience installing brick paver patios and block retaining walls is REQUIRED. • Knowledge of design, layout, and leveling of brick paver patios and retaining wall to ensure quality craftsmanship is a PREFERRED. • Ability to Perform Heavy Lifting (75+ Lbs.) • Stand, Bend, & Squat for up to 8 Hours+ or more per day in the open elements of Spring/Summer/Fall. • Load & Unload Equipment on to Trucks and Trailers • Ability to Haul and Move Pavers, Stone, Bricks, Dirt, and Various Other Landscaping Material • Ability to Operate Small Machines – Sod Cutters, Skid-Steers, Bobcats, and Dingo • Take direction from the Foreman and Management. • Work Independently and Efficiently once given Instruction. • Have reliable transportation to shop and be at work ON TIME each day, 5 Days a week, Monday thru Friday. Typically – 7am Start Time • Available to work overtime and Saturdays when needed. • Valid Drivers License ***Competitive TOP Pay is Based on Experience*** Additional Compensation if you are able to perform ANY of the following skill set. • Drive and Operate Truck w/Attached Trailers and/or Dump Trucks Seasonal Positional - option to work through winter with our Snow Removal Division.
