Lands End Marina is family owned and operated marina with 5 service bays, and over 100 wet slips & 120 dry slips. We are located in Apollo Beach, off of Apollo Beach Blvd, approximately 25 minutes South of downtown Tampa. We are looking for a full time Marina Dock Hand / Laborer - who has a minimum of 1 year of Marina experience. Must have exceptional customer service skills. This position is outside in the sun and will require lifting. Job responsibilities include: - helping customers when they arrive and depart from the marina - selling gas to customers - assisting fort truck drivers as the launch and retrieve boats - washing both service and storage boats - grounds maintenance, cleaning up, garbage, ect. Qualifications... - Minimum of 1 years marina related work experience or extensive boating experience - Willing and able to do whatever we ask, including grounds keeping, cleaning bathrooms, etc. - Must be good with people, and a have a very positive attitude - Must have reliable transportation and arrive to work on time daily What we have to offer... Work 40/hrs per week, weekend and some holidays required, willingness to work extra when needed Hourly rate based on experience, potential raise after 90 days with a favorable employee evaluation We offer medical insurance for full time employees.
