Some job requirements include: - A clean and valid NJ driver’s license - A respectful and pleasant attitude towards co-workers, vendors and tenants - Self-motivated, very reliable and a strong work ethic - Ability to spackle, paint, light plumbing, changing HVAC filters and electrical a plus - Shoveling, salting and sanding required - Job requires ability to perform physical work The daily job responsibilities involve using the company vehicle for office tasks to and from banks, post office, locksmith, etc. and performing light maintenance work, spackling and painting on numerous professional buildings throughout NJ.
