Do you love being outdoors? Do you love working with plants? Do you have experience doing farm laborer work? *Coffee farming experience is not required as we are willing to train on the job. Job Description – Attend to coffee trees from planting, nurturing, pruning, as well as attending to the farm land of mowing, weed control, land prep, and other duties per farm needs. Essential Duties: • Ensure coffee trees and farm land are maintained to expectations * Planting * Nurturing - Fertilizing, watering, etc. * Pruning * Suckering * Mowing * Weed Control * Land Prep • Take instruction of daily farm tasks and execute daily assigned tasks • Conduct a safe work zone Required Qualifications: • Valid Clean Hawaii Driver's License • Able to work outdoors for 8 hours a day • Able to walk on uneven terrain • Able to consistently lift 30 lbs • Able to reach things above your head and below your knees • Able to write Preferred Qualifications: • Experience to operate farm motorized equipment with manual transmission.
