QUALIFICATIONS • Valid Driver’s License (Required) • Authorized to work in the US (Required) • Supervising experience (Preferred) • Farm Maintenance: 5 years (Required) • English (Required) • Bi-lingual (Preferred) Thoroughbred training operation looking to hire an experienced Equine Farm Maintenance Manager. This individual must be a strong worker who possesses a variety of skill sets, including: • operating tractors, skid steers and zero- turn mowers • light mechanical work on equipment and keep up to date repair logs • lawn and landscaping maintenance (mowing, weed eating, planting, seeding, fertilizer) • fence repairs • light plumbing and irrigation repairs • abide by all safety regulations This position will require supervising and delegating tasks to employees as well as making sure all projects are completed in a timely manner. Reliable, honest and a positive attitude is required. Monday thru Saturday from 7am -4pm with an hour lunch. Starting salary is $800 a week.
