Rehoming 7 month old German Shepherd mix puppy

Approximately 7 months old. Found him about 6 weeks ago. No chip. Would love to keep him but landlord says no! Very happy, loving, smart, playful and an all around awesome baby. Going to be a big boy. House Broken. No vaccinations history I know of. $100 rehoming fee to help insure that he goes to a good home. Can meet in evenings or Sunday mid day. Please share your intentions and how he will be kept. He's been an inside dog since I found him.
