COVID- 19 REGULATION STRICTLY ENFORCED Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Experience: • Brick Mason: 2 years (Preferred) • Masonry: 3 years (Required) Pay Frequency: • Weekly Work Remotely: NO PAINTER / PLASTER - MAN Hourly pay $22.00 QUALIFICATIONS • Driver's License Caulking • Painting • Plastering • Hand tools OSHA TRAINED – CERTIFIED AND CARDS. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives. • Cover surfaces with dropcloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting. • Smooth surfaces, using sandpaper, scrapers, or brushes. • Review work orders or receive instructions from supervisors to determine work requirements. • Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as metal or wood for finish coats. • Apply paint, stain or other finishes to equipment, buildings, or other structures, using brushes. spray guns, or rollers. • Prime and paint walls as required by way of work orders. • Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding or scraping • Waterproof areas, using water proofers or caulking. • Perform other duties as assigned. WORK EXPERIENCE: • Working knowledge of materials, methods, and hand tools in painting and plastering. • Bi-Lingual is a plus.
