Looking For Ambitious Bandmates

Now that it seems like there is a light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel, I am more eager than ever to connect with new bandmates! I am a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and bassist in my 20s and have been active in music since I was a teenager. My latest and most successful project to date started in 2017, with which I have recorded multiple times and have played countless gigs in the tri-state area. I own my own gear (including Ableton as of late) and a car. I also have a lot of direct and strong connections with venues for shows, as well as some other people in the general music industry. I work an 8-5 office job weekdays which leaves me nights and weekends open for music. At this point, I’m really focused on what comes next. I’m looking for bandmates who are interesting in writing/learning songs, recording, gigging, and seeing where it can go (and having fun in the process!) I have been lucky to work with a lot of really talented musicians over the years, but have struggled finding people who are as ambitious and willing to put in the time and effort and have the patience to reach our full potential. What I’m taking about is more of a general attitude towards music, so no worries if you work a busy schedule and things like that. I’m confident with mutual flexibility we will be able to figure it out! Sound wise I like to incorporate different elements and style. My roots will always be in rock and roll, and of late I have been interested in adding some electronic elements. Some influences for what I’m looking to do include Sleater Kinney, Sonic Youth, PJ Harvey, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the Killers, Arcade Fire, St Vincent, New Order, The Replacements, Courtney Barnett, Christine and the Queens, and plenty more.
