Due to our continued growth, Xquisite Landscaping is hiring Landscape Foremen to join our team. Candidate is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency. This position works closely with owners, project managers and superintendent to successfully and profitably complete projects on time and within budget. START DATE: Immediate; Applications/Resumes are accepted until suitable candidate is selected ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise and manage landscape crew during the performance of all assigned work • Ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment • Ensure that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed. • Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards • Interact with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction • Drive and maintain company vehicles and equipment • Monitor all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance • Track and record job expenses and hours worked accurately • Reports for duty at designated location on time each day • Maintain a clean and safe job site • In the off-season, responsible to carry out the instructions of a supervisor to aid in: snow and ice management, equipment and property maintenance QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 5 years landscape construction experience and 3 years as a foreman or supervisor • Proper management skills- can supervise a crew of 5 or more and show good productivity • Must have valid Massachusetts Driver’s License, Hydraulic license is a Plus. • Must have complete knowledge of landscape components –reading blueprints and plans, lawn installation, paver and granite paver installation, Bobcat/mini-excavation operation • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary, based on experience. • Benefits package to include; 401(K), Dental, Vacation, PTO and Paid Holidays. • Company Vehicle and Phone For immediate consideration, please email your resume to [email protected].
